We produce all items custom-made to order, which means nothing is pre-stocked. Because of this, each order requires up to 20 business days for production before it is shipped.

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched promptly. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier, and delivery timelines are in addition to the 20-day production period.

All sales are final. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a shipping-related issue, you must contact us immediately upon delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and work toward a resolution where applicable.
